Complaints

 

  1. To file a complaint, download the complaint form available here , complete it and send it back together with the product being complained about.

  2. The complained goods should be sent back at your own expense to the following address:

    85-303 Bydgoszcz, Poland

    *if the complaint is accepted, we will refund the cost of returning the goods.

  3. Complaints can be made if the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the product. Complaints resulting from damages that occurred after delivery, such as scratches, cuts, discoloration, stains, abrasions or deformations caused by normal use, improper maintenance or use for purposes other than intended, will not be accepted.

  4. You will receive a response to your complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
