Orders and Shipping

Due to our policy of avoiding overproduction, most products are made to order, which allows us to ensure sustainable development and minimise environmental impact.

• Order processing time :
• If the product is in stock, we will ship it within 3 business days.
• In the case of orders made to order, the lead time usually does not exceed 14 working days. In exceptional situations, when we have a large number of orders, the lead time may be extended. In such cases, you will find detailed information about the lead time in the product card when placing the order.
• In the event of additional delays, we will inform you immediately and compensate you for the extra waiting time.
• Delivery options :
  Orders are shipped via courier.
  We do not send parcels cash on delivery and do not allow personal collection of parcels.
• International shipments :
  We deliver within Poland and to selected European Union countries.
