Returns and Exchange

Every product purchased in our store can be returned or exchanged without providing a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment.

How to return or exchange:

1. Fill out the return/exchange form:

   • Download and fill out the form available here.
   • Include it with the package.

2. Send the product to the following address:

   ONE. bag studio (VOLUX)
   ul. Piękna 13A
   85-303 Bydgoszcz, Poland

   • Return shipping costs are covered by the Customer.
   • You can choose any shipping method.

Refund:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the moment we receive the return.
• Funds will be transferred to the bank account number provided in the form.

Important information:

• Returned or exchanged products must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.
